Debater Signs Letter of Intent

Carolyn Evans signed a national letter of intent to compete in speech and debate at Western Kentucky University at a signing ceremony in the Roosevelt Library on Wednesday, November 14.  Carolyn is the daughter of Todd and Cathy Evans.  Carolyn is a two-time State Runner-up, a National Qualifier and placed 3rd in Extemporaneous Speaking at the Tournament of Champions.  She has been coached by Mr.
