There is a mandatory Senior Class meeting on May 1 in the Auditorium from 9:50-10:20am. The topic is to discuss Graduation and other items related to the end of the year. There will be a bus that will return to central campus after the meeting.

Larry Eisenhauer, chief judge of the Iowa Court of Appeals, presided over moot court arguments here at Roosevelt. It was all part of a lesson in AP Government classes on the judicial process. Roosevelt continues to rank as one of the top high schools in Iowa, and the nation, when it comes to preparing students for post-secondary education, according to the list of America’s Most Challenging High Schools released this week by the Washington Post. Roosevelt is one of only seven high schools in Iowa included in the ranking.
