Lily Nellans Wins at National Debate Tourney

Junior Lily Nellans became the first Roosevelt student to win at the Harvard National Invitational Speech and Debate tournament in at least 14 seasons, capturing the Extemp title. Senior Carolyn Evans also had a strong showing, making it to the semi-finals in Original Oratory.  The Harvard event is one of the largest and most prestigious national debate tournaments.
