Registration for the 2014-15 School Year

Roosevelt Families!

The summer is flying by and soon we will begin the 2014-15 school year!  The convenient early registration is winding down, but is still available until Friday, July 25.  Registration forms were sent home in the report card mailing for grades 10-12 and in the welcome freshmen letter in late June.  If those items are not at your fingertips, all registration forms and  information are available on the Roosevelt website (http://dmps-school.juiceboxint.com/) under the Parent tab in the ‘Registration’ folder.

The times to complete early registration are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1:30-3:00 p.m. (hint: early morning hours are less crowded!).  Students must attend to have their ID picture taken.

Upcoming Dates
July 25 – end early registration
July 29 – fall registration, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
July 30 – fall registration, 1:00-7:00 p.m.
August 14 – freshmen orientation (post cards will be mailed home)​
August 20 – first day of school, compressed schedule (90 minute early dismissal)
August 23 – Ingersoll LIVE!

A reminder that 9th & 10th graders must provide address verification, per District protocol, by providing the parent photo ID AND one of the following items – a current Mid-American utility bill or a lease agreement.

To pay school fees online, please go to https://dmps.revtrak.net/tek9.asp.

If you do not participate in early registration, regular fall registration will be held July 29 from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or July 30 from 1:00-7:00 p.m.  Same forms, address verification, fee payment etc., just on a larger scale!
