Free to all middle and high school athletes
-Thorough musculoskeletal examination – Reassessment of old injuries
– Advice & info on injury prevention
– Hy-Vee Sports Nutrition Booth- Optional individualized program to correct movement, flexibility & strength imbalances ($10/test)
– Refreshments
