Last year, principal Kevin Biggs was the “freshman” at Roosevelt High School. This year he’s launching a new initiative – the Rider Crew – to support and mentor new 9th grade students. On Sunday, 18 Roosevelt High School Rider Cyclers will saddle up for RAGBRAI and pedal from the Missouri to the Mississippi.
